The Fuzztones have certainly achieved legendary status as cult faves during their 30 year career. Their fiery brand of Garage-Psych Punk pre-dated the entire "Garage Revival" of the 1980′s and has influenced hundreds of groups, from The Hives to The Horrors. Born in the summer of 1980 in the bowels of NYC’s Lower East Side, The Fuzztones were soon regulars at legendary NYC hotspots such as CBGB, and the Mudd Club. By utilizing the fuzzbox (an antiquated effects pedal used by many 60′s groups to achieve overly distorted "psychedelic" guitar sounds), the band created a raunchy sound they referred to as "Grunge"… the band was nicknamed "The Gurus of Garage Grunge."

The release of The Fuzztones’ new album "Preaching To The Perverted" will coincide with the start of their 30 years anniversary tour this fall which will go for more than two months; please find below the dates for october and stay tunes for nov/dec dates incl.Austria, Serbia, Greece, Italy, Germany, UK!

Group LAIBACH invites you to three-day multimedia event; exhibition – concerts – symposium, named Red District + Black Cross,  1980 – 2010, which opens with exhibition on
23rd of September at 8 p.m. in Delavski dom Trbovlje.
After 30 years the group Laibach returns to Delavski Dom Trbovlje, where it will carry out an event, originally banned by local authorities in 1980.

On the 27th of September 1980 the group Laibach, which was formed same year in Trbovlje, under the patronage of Ljubljana’s ŠKUC Gallery prepared it’s "coming out", it’s first proper life performance, it’s multimedia action, first public happening; an event which would embody itself as an ‘alternative to the [official, centralistic] Slovenian culture’ and would shock and awaken the Red District which was at the time slumbering, poisoned and overfilled with soc-realism and provincialism, with its brutish and avant-garde approach.
The single day Blitzkrieg event was conceptualised as a poster action [night postering of Trbovlje], as a concert of an anarcho-industrial music [Laibach, Kaos, Berlinski zid] and as
exhibition of paintings, collages, graphics and short films [Ausstellung Laibach Kunst].

Even though the local authorities banned the entire event before it’s opening, and although of the entire planned event Laibach only managed the night action of postering of Trbovlje,
it proved to be a perfect success as this event which never happened and it’s banning caused the number of controversial discussions within the at the time awakening Slovenian
civil society, selected printed media [Mladina, Tribuna] as well as the radio [Radio Študent]. Such was the birth of Laibach into Slovenian and Yugoslav reality of 80’s.
30 years after the incident, Laibach returns to the scene of the crime and is preparing a partial reconstruction -  new multimedia happening in the place of it’s birth.

Three day event will retrospectively deal with same contextual and formal parameters as in 1980s which will in the time difference and within the context of the new
socio-political paradigm, this time gain a different interpretational meanings.

23rd of September at 20:00 – The opening of the spatial installation RED DISTRICT + BLACK CROSS within the lobby of Delavski dom Trbovlje.
The exhibition will be opened until October 20th 2010. Side event: exhibition DOCUMENTS 1980 will be set in the Slavcek [Choir Nightingal] room of Delavski dom.
Alongside that a few spatial interventions in the area of Cementarna Trbovlje,Termoelektrarna Trbovlje and TV broadcasting tower Kum are to be expected.

24th and 25th of September at 20:00 Laibach will perform two concerts in the theatre hall of Delavski dom Trbovlje and on 26th of September the group will also perform a J.S. Bach
inspired show LAIBACHKUNSTDERFUGE on Kum.

24th, 25th and 26th of September a thee day Trbovlje Symposium [Past Perfect – Future Tense] will take place in Delavski dom.
The international seminar will try to explain what happened in last 30 years with the appearance of Laibach, the movement Neue Slowenische Kunst and the idea of NSK State
and what are the perspectives.

Event is organised by Trbovlje Newmedia Setting and Delavski dom Trbovlje in cooperation with Škuc Gallery, Ljubljana.

There’s no denying, the Canadian FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY is one of the most influential acts of the Industrial scene.

Front Line Assembly`s new album "Improvised Electronic Device" is out since only one month and it`s the best the band has done in a while.
The new songs demonstrate that FLA has not lost its edge over the past almost two and a half decades.
And as if Front Line Assembly’s legacy and namesake alone weren’t enough for the album, Al Jougensen from Ministry contributes his vocals to the song “Stupidity.”

"Improvised Electronic Device" is receiving great reviews everywere. The short warm up tour in July went very well.
FLA will be back in October for another three weeks.

ZODIAC MINDWARP & THE LOVE REACTION will enter a new decade of heavy  dirty street rock n`roll and they declare "We are Volsung".

The album will be released by SPV / Steamhammer  in Germany on September 24th, in Europe on September 27th and in the USA on September 28th

In honour of the 30th anniversary of the existence and work of Laibach, the group has decided to release a very special limited edition albums in CD and vinyl versions.

The LAIBACH REVISITED double album will include a complete version of the first classic Laibach album (LAIBACH, 1985), re-mastered from the original tapes with additional tracks included on the disc one.
The second disc will present newly arranged and recorded versions of selected songs from the period 1980 – 1986. This album is due to be released in late summer 2010.

Juno Reactor are a musical and performing act known for the cinematic fusion of electronic, orchestral and global music.
Central to the project is Ben Watkins, and his collaborations with a constantly changing ensemble of musicians from across the world, including percussionist Gabriel Thobejane from South Africa along with countrymen Amampondo, Eduardo Niebla, Steve Stevens, Greg Ellis, Taz Alexander, Ghetto Priest, Sugizo and recently Yasmin Levy.
They also collaborated with composer Don Davis for the musical score of the film The Matrix.

Juno Reactor will perform live in Israel, Russia and Greece in May.

The Dick Dale Phenomenon. His style is something different and unique. Since his first appearances Balboa, Ca. at the famed Rendezvous Ballroom, he has set and broken attendance records everywhere he’s performed.

It is a Phenomenon, that Dale is still playing with not only the same vengeance as he did in the 50′s, but his playing is unleashed and shredding into the 2010′s with a focus and power as if from mother nature. He shares the stage with fellow players of all generations up into the alternative’s of the 90′s. Being completely self taught, Dick Dale plays left handed upside down which was a result of holding the guitar left-handed. The strings became upside-down, chords are designed for right handed players making it very difficult for a lefthanded player unless he were to change the strings for a left handed guitar, something that Dale never did. He will ship his own custom-made Fender backline over from the States – don´t miss this unique show in your area!
